In the Micro-business application, the main objective is to promote cashless transactions in a vital sector of the economy. This new application facilitates cash receipts using QR technology, mobile recharges, service payments, fund transfers and cash withdrawals, providing an excellent user experience.
The Remittance app allows recipients to become customers of the bank and receive funds via digital onboarding, providing convenient account management, direct fund deposits and versatile transactions through the extensive ATM network.
The Young Segment app offers young people a 100% digital user experience, making it easy to open their first account, issue their debit card, plan their savings goals and apply for a credit card. The value proposition is co-created with the target audience, with the aim of improving market share, loyalty and lifetime value.
