The former residence of the late producer Lynda Obstal – which contributed to the beloved film of Nora Ephron and worked on successes like How To Lose a guy in 10 days, Interstellar and Contact – is now on the market for $ 2.6 million. Obst bought the Silver Lake house in 2002 for $ 822,000, according to property files, and she lived there until her death in October. The list is managed by Heather T. In addition to her house in Silver Lake, she had a ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas, which she described as a “happy place”, as reported by the New York Times. She died in October at the age of 74 due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
