The actress and former 63-year-old talk show host is expected to suffer a loss of $ 1.1 million on property, which she initially bought in 2017 for $ 8 million.
Rosie decided to list the spacious penthouse in May 2023, hoping for a good return. She first assessed it at $ 8.3 million, but despite several price reductions and rereaders, the property has only been sold recently. The last price requested was set at $ 6.9 million, and now it is “on a contract”, although the final sale price has not been revealed.
